If you live in the Bedale and surrounding villages, please call 07514 244158 or contact us through the website and you will then be given information about how to get a food parcel. We currently do not have a drop in service so parcels will be arranged over the telephone.

What happens when I ring?

We realise how hard it is to telephone, so you will be asked only a few questions to enable us to help you.
You won’t be asked questions about proof of benefits and other such details.

We will then arrange your first food parcel and upon delivery, will give you additional information on how to get further help, according to your circumstances through our partner agencies. For a list of agencies who are able to provide you with further help, please click button below.
